Here We Go!

Hey Guys,

I set up this Blog as a way for all of us to keep in touch with eachother after the Esperanza experience. I thougt that is might be a good way for us to keep the Esperanza spirit alive after the trip is over. This was my third trip back to Tijuana and what struck me the most was that I really had not done much in my everyday life that was for the purposes of helping the good people of Tijuana or any other poeple that may be in need. I hope that this site will serve as a reminder of the spirit of Esperanza. I see this site as being a place where we can basically communicate. We can share ideas, pictures, articles or research about the issues facing Tijuana, Mexico U.S. relations, and any other similar issues. With this first post I will share my pictures with the group...my camera broke about half way through the trip, so I didnt get all the shots I wanted. Please feel free to post notes, pics, and articles on the blog. Its really easy to do, all you have to do is post a note (kind of like sending an email, but from this site) or you can reply to the notes already posted. You can paste links to sites you would like others to see (like the sites you have your pics on) or you can attach files easily as well.

I had an awesome time with all of you, it was a great time...I hope we can all do it again next year.
